Why Four Separate Chapters?
Here's the strategic thinking: Northeast Ohio is a big region. A realtor in Mentor and a realtor in Medina aren't really competing—they serve different markets. By dividing the region into four chapters, we can have four realtors in our network (one per chapter) without them stepping on each other's toes.
This means more total members, more potential referral sources, and more opportunities for everyone. When a member in the Northeast chapter has a client moving to the Southwest, they know exactly who to call.
But here's the key: each chapter still maintains protected verticals internally. You're never competing with someone in your own meetings. You're only collaborating.
